About the Company

We are looking for engaged and driven Operators who want to contribute to efficient production and at the same time help develop our operations.

Your Responsibilities

As an operator with us, you will be an important cog in the production chain. You will, among other things:

• Monitor machines during ongoing production to ensure optimal operation.
• Feed materials into machines to keep production flowing.
• Perform post-processing and quality checks of finished products.
• Contribute to a smooth flow and prevent production stoppages.

The work is done in 3 shifts.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We believe you are a person who enjoys solving problems, has patience, and takes initiative. You are technically interested, want to understand how things work, and enjoy working practically. You have:

• Technical competence and good computer skills.
• The ability to work independently but also in a team.
• An interest in developing both yourself and the production.
